Alert! - For Measles & Rubella
There have been reported outbreaks of Measles and Rubella recently. If you have a child 13 months - 18 years please ensure that they have received 1 doses of MMR. If you are female and planning to have a baby ensure that you have Rubella immunity.

Off Sick From Work?
If you're off work for 7 days or less, your employer shouldn't ask for medical evidence that you have been ill. Instead they can ask you to confirm that you have been ill. You can do this by filling in a self-certification form for your return to work.
